Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are collaborative arrangements between public and private sector entities aimed at delivering public services or infrastructure. The effectiveness of PPPs largely depends on clear, transparent, and consistent corporate communication that fosters trust, aligns objectives, and ensures stakeholder engagement (Adewale & Yusuf, 2023). In Sabon Gari Local Government Area, Kano State, PPPs play a crucial role in addressing infrastructural and service delivery challenges.
